Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage evaluation & open‑source leads → create business opportunities.
  • Drive inbound & outbound calls to grow relationships and market share.
  • Support marketing events by qualifying and following up on leads.
  • Source new opportunities via lead follow‑up and proactive outreach.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the right sales executives.
  • Communicate Qt’s value proposition clearly and confidently.
  • Complete Growth Lab training (mentorship + modules + hands‑on sales) to transition into a full Sales Representative role.
