Role & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage evaluation & open‑source leads → create business opportunities.
- Drive inbound & outbound calls to grow relationships and market share.
- Support marketing events by qualifying and following up on leads.
- Source new opportunities via lead follow‑up and proactive outreach.
- Route qualified opportunities to the right sales executives.
- Communicate Qt’s value proposition clearly and confidently.
- Complete Growth Lab training (mentorship + modules + hands‑on sales) to transition into a full Sales Representative role.
